FAQs:
Q: I am unable to connect Easy Capture to my VCR / camcorder / DVD player – what can I do?
A: When you buy a VCR, camcorder or DVD player you are usually supplied with an ‘RGB lead'. This lead has three connectors (yellow, white & red) at each end, or alternatively it may have these connectors at one end and a Scart jack at the other end. If you no longer have the RGB lead which is required to connect your Easy Capture to your existing VCR, camcorder or DVD player, you can order these for just £4.95 each.
Q: Which lead do I need?
A:
If your player features a set of three red, yellow and white jacks at the back of the unit then you will need a RGB to RGB lead to connect the Easy Capture to your computer
If your player features a Scart socket at the back of the unit then you will need a RGB to Scart lead to connect the Easy Capture to your computer
